puzzle was beautiful, I wanted to change an item and text that day, and got no response. item came as I originally ordered so I just had to deal with it. overall just make sure your original order is what you want, beautiful work though.

This well-crafted piece is a beautiful way to honour the memory of our son. I did end up using some mineral oil to “seal” the wood a bit and make the colour a bit darker without needing a full stain. I found that the actual wood colour was lighter than what I expected based on photos, and it was just my personal preference to have a darker wood look. After I purchased this item, I saw many other shops with similar wooden puzzles, but none seemed to be as high quality, specifically looking at the engraving and details on the giraffes. I really appreciate and recommend this item as a nice decor piece reflecting our family.

The product is so adorable. The displayed pictures already impressed me but the real product is somehow even cuter. The puzzle is well-made and doesn't show any kinds of mistakes. I'm very happy about the outcome. This puzzle is going to be a gift for my boyfriends mom for mother's day. She's gonna be so excited because giraffes are her favourite animals 🥰
