Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, absolutely! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your membership whenever you choose by logging into your account using the email address your membership was purchased with, then navigate to 'Memberships' and select 'Cancel Membership'. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. Please note that all membership benefits, including lifetime protection and discounts, only apply while your subscription is active.

When will I receive my free annual keepsake?

Once per year on your membership anniversary month, or earlier if requested, you can choose one wooden ornament or keepsake from our entire shop, completely free. We'll send you an email notification when it's time to claim your gift. This is separate from your birthday voucher and is our way of saying thank you for being a valued member.

How does the Lifetime Heirloom Protection work?

Your wooden keepsakes are protected for life against accidental breakage, damage, chips, loose pieces, engraving issues, or finish imperfections. If anything happens to your puzzle or keepsake, simply contact us with a photo and we'll send you a free replacement—including return postage. There's no limit to how many times you can use this benefit (whilst you are a member).

How is my 20% member discount applied?

Your 20% member discount applies automatically to every order at checkout—no codes to remember, no minimum spend, and no exclusions. Just shop as normal and your savings are applied instantly to all puzzles, ornaments, and keepsakes.

When will I receive my £10 birthday voucher?

We'll email your £10 voucher at the start of your birthday month. You can use it on any personalised product in our collection throughout that month. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue date. It's our little gift to celebrate you and your family!

When do my membership benefits start?

Your membership benefits activate immediately upon purchase. The 20% discount, lifetime protection, and all other perks are available right away. Simply log in to your account and start shopping—your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

What is VIP Priority Crafting and how does it work?

VIP Priority Crafting means your orders automatically jump to the front of our production queue. We also provide priority shipping on all orders for members, with the fastest delivery company available. We'll email you when new products launch so you can be first to order limited-edition pieces before they sell out.
